
Grigory Kholodkov received a degree from the faculty of Radioelectronics and Laser technology at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU) in 1988. Qualification: Radio engineer with diploma of excellence.
He finished his post graduate studies at BMSTU in 1991. He has the equivalent of a Masters in the field of microwave devices with ferromagnetic elements. He was primary computer scientist for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Moscow News Bureau. Mr. Kholodkov was the founder of CATS (Computer and Telecommunications Support) Moscow and worked for the telecom giant SovinTel.
Mr. Kholodkov is a primary MVDDS authority having designed and built the largest commercial MVDDS ssystems in the world. Mr. Kholodkov has designed and build MVDDS systems in the US, Europe and Asia. .
He has been with MDS America since 2003.
